This tutorial was written by me on February 10th, 2017 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP X5

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the art of Vadis. You can purchase his tubes here.

PTU kit from Irish Princess Designs called Beary Sweet.

Font of choice. I am using Master of Break.

Filters:

Mura Meister Copies.

Open Element 99. Set the canvas size to 800 x 800. Resize by 75%, all layers unchecked. Now resize all layers by 75%.

Open Paper 6 & your mask. Resize your paper by 60%, then paste as a new layer above the window frame layer. Move your paper below the window layer. Apply your mask, merge group. Add noise, Gaussian, 25, monochrome checked.

Open Paper 14 & resize by 60%. On your window layer, use your magic wand & click inside the window. Selections, modify, expand by 5. Paste your paper as a new layer above the mask layer. Move it up so that you see more of the green through the window. Selections, invert & press delete. Deselect.

Now let’s add our elements:

Element 29 – resize by 69%. Paste as a new layer between the mask & paper layers. Move towards the top of the frame.
Element 58 – resize by 40%, flip horizontal. Paste as a new layer above the window layer. Place to the bottom right.
Element 25 – resize by 60%. Place to the bottom, slightly to the right.
Element 39 – resize by 30%. Place to the top left of the window.
Element 105 – resize by 30%, flip horizontal. Place a little up from the bottom of the left side of the window.
Element 2 – resize by 25%. Place to the bottom of the daisies.
Element 6 – resize by 25%. Place to the bottom right.
Element 54 – resize by 25%. Place to the bottom of the wicker basket.
Element 28 – resize by 40%, flip horizontal. Place to the upper right of the window.
Element 65 – resize by 62%. Place to the bottom left. Duplicate, free rotate left, 180. Place to the upper right of the window. Move the duplicate below the original scatter layer.
Element 101 – resize by 30%. Place to the right side of the tree stump.
Element 4 – resize by 12%. Place over the wicker basket.
Element 33 – resize by 15%. Place to the bottom right of the bear.

Open your tube. Paste your tube as a new layer above the duplicate scatter, resizing as necessary. Place a little to the right. Duplicate, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to overlay.

Paste your tube again, this time below the window layer, resizing to your liking. Objects, align, center in canvas. Mura Meister Copies, H-Tile (random v-line) preset, number set to 5. Place your copies layer over the paper layer to your liking. On your paper layer, select all, float, defloat. On your copies layer, selections, invert & press delete. Deselect.

Duplicate your copies layer. Gaussian blur using the same settings as before. Effects, artistic effects, halftone using the following settings:

Set the blend mode to overlay. On the original copies layer, set the blend mode to luminance (L), 16.

Add your name, copyright, & license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice to your layers, then merge visible. Save as a PNG.
