Open a new blank image, 851 x 315. Open Paper 14. Paste as a new layer onto your blank canvas.

Now we can add our elements:

Element 93 – paste as a new layer. Scale to size. Place to the bottom right corner.

Open your tube. Paste as a new layer above the roses layer. Scale to size. Place to the right of the clock. Duplicate. Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, Radius 3.0. Set the blend mode to Overlay, Opacity 60.

Paste your tube again, this time just above your paper layer. Resize slightly. Place to the right of the smaller tube. Duplicate twice & arrange over the left side of the smaller tube. Merge the three larger tubes together. Duplicate. Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, Radius 3.0. Set the blend mode to Screen. On the original merged layer, set the blend mode to Soft Light.

Open Paper 7. Paste as a new layer above the top layer. Select all. Select > Modify > Contract by 3. Press delete, deselect. Filter > Noise > Amount 25, Gaussian, Monochromatic checked.
