This tutorial was written by me on December 30th, 2016 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.
PSP Version used: PSP X5
This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies:
PTU kit from Irish Princess Designs called Winter Magick.
You can purchase this kit from the following stores:
Mask 2 from Mask Set 143 by me. You can find it here.
Font of choice. I am using Ilana Bloom Regular.

Open a new blank image, 600 x 400.
Open your mask & Paper 13. Resize your paper by 60%. Paste your paper as a new layer onto your blank canvas. Apply your mask, merge group. With your pick tool, drag the upper left corner of the mask layer to the upper left corner of the canvas. Objects, align, center in canvas.
Open Element 93. Resize by 61%. Paste as a new layer onto your mask layer.
With your magic wand tool, click inside each frame. Selections, modify, expand by 10. Open Paper 17. Resize your paper by 60%. Paste as a new layer. Selections, invert & press delete. Deselect & move the paper layer below your frame layer.
Now lets add the remaining elements:
Element 4 – resize by 20%, flip horizontal. Place to the upper right corner of your frame.
Element 55 – resize by 18%. Place a little down from the flowers.
Element 15 – resize by 15%. Place between the first & second frame, move it a little down.
Element 16 – resize by 15%. Place between the third & fourth frame, move it a little up.
Element 31 – resize by 50%. Place to your liking.
Element 36 – resize by 30%. Place to the far left.
Element 70 – resize by 30%. Place to the far right, to the bottom of the owl.
Element 78 – resize by 60%. Place to the bottom.
Element 2 – resize by 20%. Place to the bottom of the third frame.
Element 40 – resize by 60%. Place to the top left of the frame.
Element 38 – resize by 40%. Place below the left side of the word art.
Element 3 – resize by 25%. Place along the left side of the previous gift.
Element 71 – resize by 45%. Place to the bottom left.
Add your name. Apply a drop shadow of choice, then merge visible. Save as a PNG.
