This tutorial was written by me on June 27th, 2017 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP X5

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.


Tube of choice. I am using the art of Laguna. You can purchase her tubes here.

PTU kit from Irish Princess Designs called Sunset. You can find her store links here.


Mask 44 from Tonya’s Temptations. You can find it here.

My rectangle. Just right click & save.


Font of choice. I am using Nomah Script Light.


Open the rectangle. Set the canvas size to 800 x 600. Resize by 75%.

Select all, float, defloat. Open Paper 8 & resize by 60%. Paste your paper as a new layer. Selections, invert & press delete. Deselect & delete the rectangle layer.

Let’s add our elements:

31 – resize by 50%. Place to the top of the rectangle. Rotate to the right so that it lays horizontal.
25 – resize by 20%. place to the bottom right corner of the rectangle.
84 – resize by 50%, flip vertical. Place to the bottom right.
93 – resize by 60%, rotate left. Place to the bottom of the rectangle. With your eraser tool, erase some of the element that extends towards the bottom of your canvas.
43 – resize by 25%, flip horizontal. Place to the left side of the rectangle, just beyond the edge.
4 – resize by 40%. Place on the inside of the left side of the rectangle.
92 – resize by 40%. Place to the right side of the flowers we just added.
79 – resize by 40%. Place to the bottom right.

Open your mask & Paper 20. Resize your paper by 60%. Paste as a new layer & move this layer to the bottom layer. Apply your mask, merge group. With your pick tool, drag the top of the mask layer towards the bottom just a little bit. Duplicate your mask layer, then merge down.

Open your tube, resizing as necessary. Paste as a new layer above the top purple flower cluster layer. Place to the right.

Add your name, copyright, & license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice to your layers, if desired. Merge visible & save as a PNG.
