Note: To resize (scale) your elements, drag your element to the working canvas. With your move tool, press shift while you click & drag the edge of the image you wish to resize to the size you would like. This also works in PSP with the pick tool instead of the move tool.

Open a new blank image, 851 x 315. Open Paper 14. Paste as a new layer onto your blank canvas.

Now we can add our elements:

Element 73 – paste as a new layer above your paper layer. Scale to size. Place to the bottom left. Rotate slightly to the right. Duplicate, Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal. Place to the bottom right.
Element 73 – paste as a new layer. Scale to size. Place to the bottom left corner.
Element 2 – paste as a new layer. Scale to size. Edit > Transform > Rotate 90 CW. Rotate slightly to the left. Place over the right branch. Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal. Place over the left branch.
Element 65 – paste as a new layer. Scale to size. Place to the bottom center.
Element 71 – paste as a new layer. Scale to size. Place to the left side of the clock.
Element 27 – paste as a new layer. Scale to size. Place to the bottom right, about an inch in from the right edge.
Element 21 – paste as a new layer. Scale to size. Place over the bags of beans.
Element 93 – paste as a new layer. Scale to size. Place to the bottom right corner.
Element 30 – paste as a new layer. Scale to size. Place to the bottom left, between the spoons & roses.

Open your tube. Paste as a new layer above the roses layer. Scale to size. Place to the right of the clock. Duplicate. Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, Radius 3.0. Set the blend mode to Overlay, Opacity 60.

Paste your tube again, this time just above your paper layer. Resize slightly. Place to the right of the smaller tube. Duplicate twice & arrange over the left side of the smaller tube. Merge the three larger tubes together. Duplicate. Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, Radius 3.0. Set the blend mode to Screen. On the original merged layer, set the blend mode to Soft Light.

Open Paper 7. Paste as a new layer above the top layer. Select all. Select > Modify > Contract by 3. Press delete, deselect. Filter > Noise > Amount 25, Gaussian, Monochromatic checked.

Add your name, copyright, & license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice, then merge visible. Save as a PNG.

For your avatar:

Delete your frame & text layers. With your Rectangular Marquee Tool, click & drag over a 200 x 200 section of your image. Image > Crop. Repeat your frame & text layers. Save as a PNG.
