This tutorial was written by me on November 1st, 2016 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Mura Meister Copies
EyeCandy 4000 Glass
Open a new blank image, 600 x 600.
Select your rectangle tool. On the toolbar, change the horizontal & vertical radius to 15.00. Create a square with your rectangle tool about 150 px in width & length. Convert to a raster layer. Free rotate, left, 30, all layers unchecked, rotate single layer around canvas center checked.
Place to the left and up a little. Duplicate, flip horizontal & place a little down and to the right.
On the original square layer, select all, float, defloat. Selections, modify, select selection borders, both sides & anti-alias checked, border width, 3. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #fd6d33. Deselect. Add noise, random, 25, monochrome checked. Repeat the frame for the other square.
Open your background. Resize by 17%.
On your original square layer, select all, float, defloat. Paste your background as a new layer. Selections, invert & press delete. Deselect & delete the original layer.
With your foreground set to #0db4e0 and your background set to #fd6d33, create a linear gradient, angle 90, repeats 0. On the background layer, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer & floodfill with your gradient. Deselect. Set the blend mode to Color (L). Repeat for the right square.
Open your tube, resizing as necessary. I resized mine by 30%. Copy & paste as a new layer below the left frame layer. Place the dog inside the frame. On the background layer, select all, float, defloat. On the tube layer, selections, invert & press delete. Deselect.
Duplicate your tube, gaussian blur, 3.00. Set the blend mode to Screen, 90. On the original tube layer, Effects, Artistic Effects, Halftone. Use the following settings:
Set the blend mode to Overlay, 60. Repeat for the right square, but instead of the dog in the frame, you will want the cat in the frame.
Open your tube again, resizing slightly smaller than the copies in the frames. Paste as a new layer above the frame layers. Place in the center.
Duplicate your top tube. Mura Meister Copies set to the Wallpaper preset. Duplicate, flip horizontal. Lower the opacity to 50. Merge down.
Open your mask. Apply your mask to the copies layer. Merge group & move this layer to the bottom.
On your top tube layer, duplicate. Gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to Overlay, 55.
With your Impact font in black, type the word ‘FALL’. Convert to a raster layer. Select all, float, defloat, selections, modify, expand by 2. Add a new raster layer, floodfill with #faf9fe. Deselect & move below the ‘FALL’ text. Merge the text layer down.
Using the blue/orange gradient as the color of the text, type the word ‘fun’ using the Bromello font. Convert to a raster layer.
EyeCandy 4000 using the settings of your choice. Add the text background as we did for the ‘FALL’ text. Arrange the words to your liking.
Add your name, copyright, & license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice to your layers, then merge visible. Save as a PNG.
