This tutorial was written by me on August 6th, 2016 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.
PSP Version used: PSP X5
This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Mask 25 from Ria’s PSP Paradise. You can find it here.
Font of choice. I am using She Always Walk Alone.
Open the Frame. Resize by 75%, all layers unchecked. Now resize all layers by 50%.
Open your mask & Paper6. Resize your paper by 17%. Paste your paper as a new layer onto your frame canvas. Move the paper below the frame layer. Apply your mask, merge group. With your pick tool, extend the edges of the mask to the edges of the canvas.
Open the Doily & resize by 28%. Paste as a new layer.
On the frame layer, use your magic wand tool & click inside your frame. Selections, modify, expand by 10. Open Paper3. Resize by 17%. Paste as a new layer. Selections, invert & press delete. Deselect & move your paper just below your frame layer.
Now we will add the remaining elements:
Foliage – resize by 20%; flip horizontal. Place to the bottom left. Duplicate, free rotate 120 degrees to the right. Place to the bottom.
Ribbon – resize by 16%. Place to the bottom.
Ribbon2 – resize by 21%. Place over the first ribbon.
Flower2 – resize by 20%. Place to the bottom left, where the stems of the leaves meet.
Element – resize by 6%. Place over the flower.
Open your tube, resizing as necessary. Paste as a new layer above the frame layer. Place to your liking.
On your frame layer, use your magic wand & click inside the frame. Selections, invert. On the tube layer, use your eraser tool & erase the part of the tube that hangs below the bottom of the frame. Deselect.
Duplicate your tube layer. Gaussian blur, 3.00. Set the blend mode to Overlay.
Add your name, copyright, & license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice, then merge visible. Save as a PNG.
