This tutorial was written by me on May 20th, 2016 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.
PSP Version used: PSP X5
This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.
Tube of choice. I am using the art of Zlata_M. You can purchase her tubes here.
PTU kit by Jean’s Scrap Designs called Embraced. You can purchase it here.
Mask 207 from Gems Taggin Scraps. You can find it here.
Font of choice. I am using Shellahera Script Demo.
Open EL03. Set the canvas size to 2400 x 2400. Resize by 75%, all layers unchecked. Now resize all layers by 25%.
With your magic wand tool, click inside the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 10.
Open PP11. Resize by 17%. Paste your paper as a new layer onto your frame canvas. Selections, invert & press delete. Deselect & move the paper below your frame layer.
Open your mask & PP10. Resize your paper by 17%. Paste your paper as a new layer onto your frame canvas. Move this paper to the bottom layer. Apply your mask, merge group.
Now to add our remaining elements:
EL33 – resize by 40%. Paste as a new layer above your frame layer. Place to the top of your frame.
EL31 – resize by 30%. Place to the bottom left of your frame. Rotate slightly to the left.
EL15 – resize by 25%. Place to the top of the paper.
EL44 – resize by 8%. Place to the bottom left of the paper.
EL06 – resize by 50%. Place to the bottom.
EL22 – resize by 20%. Place to the bottom, directly down from the right side of the frame. Duplicate, flip horizontal & place to the bottom, directly down from the left side of the frame.
EL45 – resize by 60%. Place to the bottom.
EL02 – resize by 40%. Place to the bottom left of the right red flowers. Duplicate & place to the bottom right of the left red flowers.
EL49 – resize by 10%. Place to the bottom, between the two red flowers.
Open your tube, resizing as necessary. Paste as a new layer above the bow layer. Duplicate, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to screen, 45.
Add your name, copyright, & license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice to your layers, then merge visible. Save as a PNG.
