This tutorial was written by me on April 3rd, 2016 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.
PSP Version used: PSP X5
This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.
Tube of choice. I am using the art of Barbara Jensen. You can purchase her tubes here.
PTU kit from BLT DeZignZ called My Fairy Tale. You can purchase it directly from the designer through her FB Fan Group here.
Mask of your choice.
Font of choice. I am using Samuella Script.
Open the FrameAccent. Resize all layers by 17%.
Open the Jewel. Resize by 65%. Paste as a new layer above the frame accent layer.
Use your magic wand & click inside the jewel layer. Selections, modify, expand by 10. Open PP4 & resize by 22%. Copy & paste as a new layer. Selection, invert & press delete. Deselect & move the paper layer below the frame accent layer.
Open PP12 & your mask. Resize your paper by 22%. Paste as a new layer onto your working canvas. Apply your mask, then merge group. Move this layer to the bottom.
Now to add the remaining elements:
Feather – resize by 15%. Paste as a new layer above the jewel layer. Place to the top left over the jewel.
Bow1 – resize by 15%. Place to the top of the jewel.
Beads – resize by 20%. Place to the bottom. Duplicate, rotate 90 degrees to the right. Move slightly up.
Flower10 – resize by 10%. Place to the bottom right.
Leaf – resize by 6%. Place to the bottom right. Duplicate, flip horizontal & place to the bottom right.
Flower8 – resize by 8%. Place to the left of the right leaf. Duplicate, flip horizontal & place to the right of the left leaf.
Flower6 – resize by 14%. Place to the bottom, between the two purple flowers.
CupSaucer – resize by 10%. Place to the bottom, slightly to the right of the right purple flower.
Frog – resize by 15%. Place to the bottom right of the cup.
Crown – resize by 4%. Place to the bottom left.
Apple – resize by 4%. Place to the right of the apple, moved slightly down.
Add your name, copyright, & license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice to your layers, then merge visible. Save as a PNG.
