On your frame layer, use your magic wand & click inside the frame center. Selections, modify, expand by 2. Now open PP10 & resize by 22%. Paste as a new layer above the mask layer. Selections, invert & press delete. Deselect.

Now to add our elements:

Flower1 – resize by 12%. Place as a new layer above the frame, along the upper right side of the frame.

Open your tube. Paste as a new layer above the first flower layer, resizing as necessary. Flip horizontal if you desire. Use your rectangle selection tool to erase any part of the tube that hangs below the ribbon.

Add your name, copyright, & license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice to your layers, if desired. I used 2, 2, 30, 5.

Merge visible & save as a PNG.
