This tutorial was written by me on September 14th, 2015 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP X5

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the art of Elias Chatzoudis. I purchased this tube when he was with PSP Tubes Emporium, which is now closed. You may now purchase his tubes here.

PTU kit from BLT DeZignZ called Linsey Witch. You can purchase it here.

Font of choice. I am using Little Bliss Bold.

Filters:

Mura Meister Copies

Open a new blank canvas, 600 x 250.

Open PP1 and paste as a new layer onto your blank canvas.

Add your elements:

Scatter – resize by 50%. Place to the left side. Duplicate, rotate right 180 degrees then place to the right side. Merge down.
Sign – resize by 35%, flip horizontal. Place to the left side.
Spider – resize by 30%. Place to the upper right corner.
Stems – resize by 40%. Place to the bottom.
Ribbon2 – resize by 75%. Place to the bottom.
Cupcake – resize by 35%. Place to the bottom right of the sign.
Flower3 – resize by 20%. Place to the right side of the cupcake. Duplicate & place to the bottom left of the spider.
Flower4 – resize by 40%. Place between the previous flowers.
Pumpkin1 – resize by 30%. Place to the bottom right corner.
Bottle – resize by 20%. Place along the left side of the pumpkin.
Flower2 – resize by 40%. Place to the bottom left corner.
Sparkles2 – paste as a new layer & place to your liking.

Open your tube, resizing as necessary. Paste as a new layer above the stems layer. Duplicate. On the original tube layer, Mura Meister Copies, Line preset, change the number to 4 & press ok. Move the copies layer below the scatter layer. Duplicate, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to Screen. On the original copies layer, set the blend mode to Luminance(L), 32.

Go back to the duplicate tube layer. Duplicate, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to Overlay.

Add a new raster layer above the sparkles layer & floodfill with #f0f0f0. Select all, modify, contract by 4 & press delete. Deselect.

Open PP8. Paste as a new layer. On the previous layer, select all. On the top paper layer, image>crop to selection. Deselect. Select all, modify, contract by 2 & press delete. Deselect. Merge down.

Add your name, copyright, & license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice to your layers. Merge visible & save as a PNG.

Avatar:

Undo your text & frame layers.

With your crop tool, set the size to 200 x 200 and place over the portion of the image you wish to use. Click on the checkmark to apply your crop.

Redo the frame layers. For the paper in the frame, I sized it down to 200 x 200.

Add your initial, copyright & license info. Apply a drop shadow to your frame & initial. Save as a PNG.
