Dead Cute

DeadCute_Kandii

This tutorial was written by me on June 19th, 2015 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP X5

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

PTU kit from Kandii Popz Dezignz called Dead Cute. You can purchase the kit here.

Font of choice. I am using Peanutbutter Smoothies.

Open Frame1. Resize by 75%, all layers unchecked. Resize by layers by 75%.

With your magic wand tool, click inside the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 5. Open Paper8. Paste as a new layer onto your frame. Selections, invert & press delete. Deselect & move this layer below your frame layer.

Open my mask that is included in the kit. Open Paper2. Paste as a new layer. Apply your mask, then merge group. Move this layer to the bottom.

Now for the remaining elements:

Wire Fence – resize by 80%. Paste as a new layer.
Blood2 – resize by 92%. Paste this layer above the frame layer.
Swirly – resize by 50%. Place to the bottom.
Ribbon1 – resize by 60%, flip vertical. Place to the bottom.
Blood Spat – resize by 40%. Place to the upper right corner of the frame.
ZombieGirl – resize by 50%, flip horizontal. Place to your liking.
Outbreak Sign – resize by 50%. Place to the bottom left.
Cupcake – resize by 50%. Place to the bottom right.
Canister – resize by 40%. Place to the bottom left of the sign. Rotate slightly to the left.
Flower4 – resize by 30%. Place to the bottom right corner of the sign. Duplicate & place to the bottom left side of the cupcake.
Flower1 – resize by 30%. Place between the two flowers.
Eye – resize by 30%. Place to the bottom of the canister.
Sparkles2 – resize by 78%. Paste as a new layer.

Add your name, credits, & if using a tube, your license # if applicable.

Apply a drop shadow of choice, then merge visible. Save as a PNG.
